Start using the themes and patterns you’ve identified to validate or invalidate the assumptions you have about the problem, the need, and who has it. (4:32)
Your next steps are to gather all the nuggets from your interviews, group them into themes and sub-themes, then see which assumptions have been validated, and if new assumptions emerge.

Take your collected notes, nuggets, and groupings of nuggets to meet with your coach. This is a great opportunity to have another set of eyes help you look for new patterns or to help you ask new questions about your customers.
