Now that you have developed a list of questions, created a plan to interview potential customer, and reviewed this with your coach, it's time to go out into the world and begin your interviews.

This is an essential step. You don't have to be perfect to achieve it. Just do your best and be open to learning (and remember to take notes). You can review the "Conduct Customer Interviews" video above for detailed instructions.
