Finding a coach during this customer discovery process is very important. Having a person who has experience, and who can provide crucial feedback can be a boon to any person new to customer discovery concepts.
Coaches come in all shapes and forms, from all different walks of life. We recommend that you find a coach that has some experience in business, and specifically, experience with lean startup principles. You may check local organizations like the Small Business Development Center or your local LaunchBox to connect with a coach there.
Having a coach during this self-paced program may help to keep you accountable and on the right path as you make your way into understanding more about your customers.
