Web Ubiquity is the pursuit of a ubiquitous format for the majority of web produced on the web.
- Portable; Data can be traced back to a single folder. Zip, transfer, unzup, load.
- Performant; While not requiring 100s on Lighthouse, content should strive for performance over the life cycle of a user's journey on the web
- Semantic; easy to read, highly accessible, highly maintainable output
- Knowledge free; writing the above but without understanding the web. It should just work
- Format; anything well structured, web or otherwise, should be able to be converted to HAX JSON Outline Schema standard
- Ownership; Self contained, everything editable by a pro, everything easy to understand by a novice, bu most importantly owned by the the one creating the content. No platform lock-in.
This site will lay out the case for HAX through a series of examples of key pieces of functionality that make it unique in hopes of creating a more portable, ubiquitous web that is full of free expression and creativity without the need to understand the web.
