• Is the mass of an object falling into the black hole added to the black hole’s mass?
• Can you avoid the singularity if you are falling into a black hole?

Yes, if it is a rotating black hole!  Hypothetically , one can exit the black hole through a wormhole; and possibly enter another universe.
